Also depends on if you would rather buy a higher card, but lower quality or higher quality lower card. If you didn't have a SSD, you might consider getting the 580 4gb and then use that extra money to get a SSD. It kind of depends on your budget and how much you wanna spend and also what other parts you have.
RX 580 4gb (basically same performance as 8gb, same clocks) GTX 1060 6gb (not same performance compared to 3gb version) or GTX 1070 I have a 480x and love it, the 580x is a little bit better and the cost is really nice between 2-250 depending on the model. sounds like you already have the cpu, so won't recommend anything different there and also seems like it would be fine.
CSGO doesn't require a lot to get high fps. getting a new i7 and a 1080 is overkill unless you play on playing in 2.5-4k at 120+fps in basically everything. Depends on what resolution you plan to play out.
